FINITE MIND
Once optimized for survival, from the finite mind our sense of
experience is physio-chemical, emotional, and cognitive only. Here we often conceptualize our "selves" as distinct from, and potentially at odds with our environment. The tools of the finite mind: attention and self-awareness, cannot know the subtler levels of mind alone.

MINDFUL WITNESS
Experience aware space "between" or "containing" aspects of your experience, invite your mind to "step back, aside, or out" to observe the lens of your finite, or everyday mind. Humans ability to distance ourselves consciously or unconsciously from the abrasive experience of the conditioned mind and worldview has also been referred to as dissociation, and can be considered a clinical disorder when experienced with too much of the process remaining unconscious and maladaptive.

AWAKE-AWARE SPACE
The most sought after discovery of various wisdom traditions and called by many names. The source or foundation OUT OF which all things are MADE also the context IN which all things UNFOLD, and knows itself as the awareness TO which all things APPEAR.

EMBODIED WISDOM
Knows both the ultimate and the relative levels of reality simultaneously. Both here and nowhere, formless or transcendent awareness and our everyday experience of energy and matter take on “one taste,” or the quality of radiating as one essence.​

HEART MIND
We find ourselves aware from or through the heart, rather than thoughts,
but this “mind” is happening all around and interconnected with other’s open-heartedness. It is ever present “prior” to, throughout, and in-between relationships and the universal community.
